I am not here to just talk but to help you learn how to cope during that moment and all the other moments for the rest of your life. I specializes in those who may be struggling with: Pornography, Drugs, Spending and Sex Addiction. I also specializes in helping those who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Grief and Loss. I work with those with Special Needs, such as Adults, Children, as well as the Geriatric Population.
I use EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus and Narrative Therapy. I enjoy works with individuals and their families.

Groups
Anxiety Group
In this 8 week skills-based group, we will help you understand and accept feelings of anxiety. Give you tools to manage emotions in a healthy way, and work as a group to practice and apply our skills. This group is based on principles from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and will be led by two therapists. There will be a maximum of 10 participants to ensure that everyone is comfortable and able to participate fully.
