I am trained in EMDR, EMDR Pain Protocol, and Internal Family Systems therapies. These help me to support clients who have experienced trauma, grief, chronic illness, and chronic pain, as well as many other issues that cause stress in day-to-day life. Trauma can come from a variety of experiences in our lifetimes, and there is no trauma or stress that is insignificant.
I have a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. I am skilled in supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, body image-issues, low self-esteem, anger, and support with issues related to the LGBTQ+ population by utilizing EMDR, CBT, and Internal Family Systems therapies.
