For many of us, our past collides with the present and we struggle to make sense of our lived experience. I am of the mind that the only way out is in. I treat adults with eating disorders and body image distress, attachment and complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. My approach is experiential, informed by Internal Family Systems, somatic psychology, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness practices. I am an EMDR therapist in training and certified in Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders
