Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe that self care is vital to your overall wellbeing, I have worked with adults and adolescents in the private and public sector providing a wide array of culturally diverse services. With a strong focus on helping you identify the goals you would like to achieve while improving your overall mental health and wellbeing.
I can assist those who may be experiencing low-self esteem, depression, and women's issues, at home or in the work place. I have over 30 years experience in the social service sector. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Corrections and Theology with a minor in Psychology.
My integrated therapeutic approach is Person Centered, Mindfulness Based- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Whole Person Systems Perspectives. Together we will work as a team building on your strengths, working toward a healthier, happier and fulfilling life.
