Seeking therapy is a healthy and courageous step in honestly examining your life. My goal is to help couples, individuals, and families live happier and more productive lives. In our work together, you will develop new skills to improve your overall well-being and enhance your relationships.
Together, we will address difficulties resulting from depression, anxiety, loss, family conflict, infertility, and infidelity. I specialize in couples therapy to help couples in all stages of relationship, from pre-marriage, post-divorce to blending new families. My approach is warm, active and collaborative, creating a safe space for insight and change.
I graduated from Duke University with a BA, and from New York University with an MSW. To help you best, I use therapeutic techniques that have been shown by research to be most effective.
