I love supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, entrenched emotional challenges, trauma recovery and those who want to understand themselves & their relationships better. My approach is relational; I help shine a light on the client's intuition as they build insight and a strong sense of self. I can be direct, use humor often and have a canine therapy assistant. I am committed to helping clients overcome traumatic experiences, interpersonal challenges and loss of joy. I bring an abundance of hope to the relationship with my clients. I offer both in-office appointments and TeleHealth sessions.
I use attachment theory and a trauma-informed approach to meet the needs of clients in different developmental stages of their lives. I highlight the client’s capacity to build fulfilling relationships with self & loved ones. I offer IFS informed EMDR and I also draw from DBT, Family of Origin Attachment Patterns and CBT.
