I integrate mindfulness and emotional awareness to help you be more intentional in how you engage with others and how you do life, whether individually or in a relationship.
I am a Gottman Level 2 Couples Therapist. I am also a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, and the owner of CrossFit R837. I'm also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach Candidate. I believe in the integration of the psycho/emotional, the physical, and the spiritual in helping you reach your greatest potential.
