Life and relationships can be difficult: therapy gives you a place to be seen, to grow, and to heal. As a therapist, I strive to offer a calm and genuine environment so that you can show up exactly as you are. I believe in a collaborative approach which allows us to work together to achieve your goals and build a relationship that lends itself to emotional expression and vulnerability. In this way we can overcome any and all stresses you are wanting to work through. I have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with trauma, anxiety, shame, transitions, and parenting.
Always with the goal to be compassionate and understanding, I use a variety of therapy skills and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, acceptance, and parts work. I aim to be a teacher and guide along your road to health and happiness. I am also trained in and have experience using EMDR therapy to treat trauma, anxiety, and shame.
Change and growth can be stressful and can cause significant discomfort. It is my goal to provide you with a safe and calm environment to work in, along with an authentic, hopeful, and passionate approach to therapy.
