Neurodiversity-Affirming clinician. I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May of 2024, and currently hold a candidate license (LPCC). I work at a private practice, Burning Sage Therapy, under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I currently work with a variety of clients and concerns, from elementary school, high school, adults, and families. I work with the internal family systems model, understand dialectical behavior therapy approaches, and am working on a psychedelic-assisted therapy certification that should be in effect in late 2025. I am committed to showing up with love.
I provide 1:1 sessions that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Brainspotting. I am interested in challenging client's beliefs and helping them understand themselves better. I have experience in integrating meditation and think that psychoeducation can be an important part of counseling.
I am looking for a client who is motivated to gain self-clarity and challenge themselves. I see myself as a partner in their healing and feel strongly that clients should be in control of their treatment. I am here to empathically challenge, validate, and offer evidence-based support on the client's timeline.
