Marriage & Family Therapist, MS, LMFT
Are you feeling unloved in your relationship? Misunderstood by your spouse? Hopeless that nothing you can do will fix your problems? Like life is completely out of control? You are not alone. Though it may seem like your friends, coworkers, family members (and therapists!) have it all together, the truth is that they too are going through difficult circumstances. I am here to say that it is okay to ask for help. I am here to step with you into the pain that you are experiencing. To be a safe place while we navigate toward a life that you feel has hope, purpose and authenticity.
I have had experience and training working with couples dealing with relationship issues ranging from infidelity, divorce, jealousy, lack of communication, lack of intimacy, parenting disagreements and serious illnesses. I also have experience dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency and self-esteem. These are all challenging issues, but they don't have to rule your life.
Whether you are an individual, couple or family, I am committed to work with you in healing the pain you are experiencing and resolving the patterns and cycles in your life that are robbing you of the hope and joy that you deserve. The work won't be easy but it will be worth it.
