Searching for a therapist takes courage, and I'm glad you're here! I work with individuals and couples who are tired of just surviving. People carrying anxiety, betrayal, disconnection, or a sense that something is broken. Maybe you've been holding weight you were never meant to hold alone. Maybe your relationship has grown distant and you've forgotten how to reach each other. Whatever brought you here, you don't need to have it all figured out before you start. My work is for people who are ready to stop running from their pain and start understanding it, and who believe, even faintly, that something better is possible.
I use a depth-oriented, relational approach with individuals and couples. We look beneath the surface at the patterns keeping you stuck and the beliefs shaping your life. The goal is real, lasting change. To understand yourself more deeply, meet life with greater resilience, and for couples, to build something honest, loving, and worth fighting for.
