I approach counseling from an existential and person-centered perspective, grounded in the belief that each individual possesses an inherent capacity for growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change. My role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard, allowing their unique experiences and inner wisdom to guide the therapeutic process. Central to my work is an exploration of meaning, purpose, and personal responsibility. I support clients in reflecting on their values, confronting life’s uncertainties, and cultivating a sense of agency in shaping their lives.
I integrate mindfulness practices and a person-centered approach to support clients in developing awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior. Through this process, clients are empowered to live more authentically and in alignment with with what matters most to them.
At any point in our lives, we can find ourselves living with uncertainty and lack of assurance. The traditional maps we follow may no longer make sense to us. During these times, we may find ourselves being called to step onto the path less traveled and familiarize ourselves with our own values in a new way.
