I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked in the mental health field since 2018 in residential, outpatient, co-occurring disorders, and private practice settings. I also volunteer providing Crisis Intervention Training for First Responders.
My approach is integrative, grounded, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space while using evidence-based tools to help clients build insight, stability, and lasting change. My experience from 23 years of service in the Air Force gives me a strong understanding of stress and challenges associated with major life transitions.
