I enjoy working with a variety of ages from teens through elders, as well as all cultural, gender and sexual identities who are looking to work through difficult life experiences, life transitions or managing stressors in personal life or relationships.
I specialize in trauma and stressor related issues, anxiety, depression and relational concerns. I have over 8 years experience working in the Espanola Valley and northern New Mexican communities, with over 3 years as a clinical leader. I offer support to teens, adults and elders.
Having experienced significant personal loss, struggle and support in my own life I feel so much for others who find their selves lost in this world. It is my goal to be a safe, comforting, open space in which others can explore their inner leaves and move toward healing. I feel honored to be able to do this work and suppport others like I was supported.
