I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Partner Betrayal Trauma Therapist candidate (CPTT). I am particularly equipped to walk with clients navigating all types of sexual addiction trauma.
My training also includes Brainspotting, EMDR, Family Systems Trauma (FST), & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to treat trauma, PTSD, attachment, parent/child relationships, anxiety, & depression. I also include elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS or parts work) in my practice.
Therapy should involve every aspect of your being-mental, physical, and spiritual, and by integrating these therapy approaches, I can help you find hope and healing.
