My favorite moment in counseling is when I get to see my clients just beginning to live their truth. I see counseling as a unique experience for each person that comes in to work with me. Whether I am working with an individual, a couple, or a family, sessions are tailored to the special needs of everyone in the room.

I have experience and training in helping clients to heal from trauma, anxieties and depressions, couples and family issues, and many other diverse problems. Not all counseling has to be based on what we want to get rid of though. Sometimes we just need some help to grow, to thrive, and to be the best for ourselves and those we care about most.

I am currently opening up new availability and can get you scheduled within weeks of you reaching out! As counseling is a very personal experience, I am also offering free 15 minute consultations where potential clients and I can get to know each other before getting started with therapy.
