I specialize in working with individuals dealing with these specific issues in my practice. We will work together to find the best therapy style and techniques that best fit you and your needs.
I utilize evidence-based techniques including CBT, narrative, and systems therapies. I am also a brainspotting practitioner; an intervention used to treat various types of trauma.
