I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Provider and am trained extensively with issues of PTSD, CPTSD (childhood and chronic trauma), Narcissistic Abuse, infidelity/betrayal (attachment traumas), traumatic grief, and emotional abuse. Trauma and adverse life events leading to intense stress is my specialization.
I am a Certified Trauma Specialist. Licensed over 20yrs in CA & WA. Extensively trained to include EMDR Certified for 15yrs (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Polyvagal, Cognitive Processing Trauma Therapy, Havening, Mindfulness Therapy, Attachment/Relational, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic (Body) Therapy and more.
