My background includes clinical experience working in integrated care settings, community mental health care centers, and group private practice. My therapeutic methods are grounded in evidenced-based practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and EMDR.
I am passionate about serving and advocating for the LGBTQAI+ community and provide a trans-affirmative, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel supported and accepted.
