I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide individual therapy to adults to address depression, mood disorders, anger, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, substance abuse, and various other challenges. I think that everyone has the capability to change. I enjoy helping people gain insight, define what changes they want to make within themselves and their environments, and determine how to do so successfully.
I spent the first 6 years of my career providing intensive in-home services to families. I then worked as an individual and group therapist at group psychotherapy practice for 8 years, where I directed the substance abuse program for 2 years. I started my private practice in October 2017.
