I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy, especially for anxiety and depression, a scientifically supported approach. I also specialize in marriage and family therapy. I tailor work to the unique personality of each client, and explore family issues and significant events life events which impact current problems and patterns of relating.
I have over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and am comfortable working with clients who have everyday, situational problems and clients with more chronic or severe problems. I often work cooperatively with clients' physicians or psychiatrists. I I enjoy working with clients and seeing positive changes over time.
