I have created my practice to support individuals and families as they manage the challenges of life. With over 20 years of clinical experience,it has always been my belief that therapy must be based in a mutual and authentic relationship established between therapist and client. To that end, I work with each client to develop the most effective treatment plan. My approach with clients is solution focused with movement toward attainable goals.
I have had success addressing a wide range of concerns such as depression, relationship issues, parenting, grief, school issues and clinical disorders.I enjoy working with children and their families to find solutions to problems.
Individuals often make significant changes in their lives through their work in therapy. Psychotherapy can help clients to modify emotions, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors.Making the decision to enter therapy is not always easy. You are welcome to call my office to ask questions about how my services may benefit you or you child.
