I have assisted many individuals and couples in addressing a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem issues, communication skills, and grief and loss. I strive to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment where clients can process their thoughts, worries, and feelings.
I have more than 20 years of experience working in the mental health field, I work primarily with adults. Together, we will work on skill building techniques to give you the tools you need to achieve your goals.
