I am accepting new clients. Is your past trauma holding you back from living the life you want? I am a trauma-informed therapist who can work with you on lessening your symptoms. I work with individuals and families (ages thirteen and up). Are you feeling on edge and tense often, not sleeping well, or feeling so anxious that you're having panic attacks? Sometimes, people with trauma feel "numb" with their emotions. I can work with you to strengthen your skills. I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental treatment. I am a trained therapist in EMDR trauma therapy, Parts and Memory, and Internal Family Systems Theory. These modalities can be very effective for processing trauma and memories that cause you distress.
I have openings Monday-Thursdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. I do have in-person appointments and telehealth services available. I am now offering telehealth sessions for the state of Montana.
