Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and relationships like a constant struggle. We have a knowledge that it wasn’t meant to be this way and feel compelled to take the first steps toward wholeness but sometimes don’t know where to begin. Through compassion and empathy, I partner with clients to begin their healing journey. I seek first to understand their story, providing a safe and secure place to process the pain. It is my core belief that no problem is too messy and no challenging situation is without hope.
I work with a variety of difficulties including trauma, anxiety, depression, painful or past experiences, identity, life goals, infidelity, trust in relationships, along with many other concerns. Many of my clients enjoy adding the perspective of the Enneagram to their work, which I am very versed in.
My specialties include working with individuals and couples with a specialization in spiritual integration. I am a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist through IITAP as well as EMDR trained through EMDRIA. In addition to the training I have received as a Counselor, I also have extensive work experience in holistic living, development, and multiculturalism.

Betrayed Partner Women's Group- Online
An online psychoeducational group where we will focus on the varied topics and struggles associated with betrayal trauma as well as time to connect and process with other women going through a similar situation. If you’re interested, let me know via email so I can reserve your spot as we are limiting the group size. This is a 12 week group (Feb 28th- May 22nd, 2024) and payment will be taken at the beginning of each month for that whole month ($40x the number of weeks that month).
