Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship problems? I have been providing psychological services since 1998, and have been in private practice since 2002. I deliver compassionate and professional psychological evaluation and psychotherapy to the people of Holland, Zeeland, and surrounding areas.
I offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, anger, and other issues. This is my clinical foundation, but I also recognize that flexibility is important, so I maintain an eclectic approach--a willingness to adapt to the needs of clients. Regarding relationship counseling, I draw heavily on Gottman's theories and techniques.
