As a counselor, my goal is to help people of all ages reach their full potential. I know that people pursue counseling for many different reasons and because no two individuals are the same, each person is as unique as the situations they encounter. Because there are many variables that affect people individually, strategies for the therapeutic relationship will differ on a case by case basis. I will use a variety of evidence-based counseling techniques and principles to help you in your counseling journey.
I have years of experience working with adolescents and adults and have helped clients navigate many different issues, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse, self-harm, premarital and marital relationships, family conflict, and self-esteem. I can work with individuals, couples, or families.
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and look forward to beginning a partnership with you. I do offer counseling from a Christian perspective for those that request it.
