During my 30+ years as a licensed clinical social worker in full time practice, I have learned that vulnerability is universal, and also, that people of all ages have internal resilience and enduring growth potential. Unresolved internal issues often get expressed through such symptoms as anxiety, sadness, feelings of low self-esteem and shame, feeling stuck in repeated patterns of behavior, and in unfulfilling relationships. I address a broad range of issues including depression, trauma, grief, and dealing with physical impairments and illness.
