My hope is to help you gain insight and awareness as well as new skills to make navigating life's hurdles a little bit easier.
Because I feel as though we all have a unique set of strengths and challenges, I personalize treatment to each individuals needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based techniques in conjunction with a strength based approach. I offer services to individuals 18 years and older.
