Treatment is provided utilizing EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Exposure Therapy, In addition, Cognitive Behavior therapy and Dialectical Behavior therapy skills are taught to assist with the management of moods and behaviors.
Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Saturday appointments are available. Currently, all sessions are provided virtually.

This is a new group that will be for women between the ages of 30 and 40 to discuss issues related to Black women. Members will read literature, poetry by Black authors and apply therapeutic principles to the readings. The group will be limited to 6 to 8 members. Please contact me through email to inquire about the group. The fee for each group meeting is 50.00. This fee is not covered by insurance.

Hello: THIS IS A VIRTUAL GROUP. Meetings will not be held in person. This group is for adults who would like to learn more about nutrition and mental health. This is a 8 week group that will start based on the number of participants. The start date will be April 2023 or May 2023. The size of the group is from 3 to 8 participants. The group will meet every 3rd Saturday of the month from 10:30 to 12:00. The fee for the 8-week group is 250.00 per participant.
