Life can be overwhelming and I believe with support and guidance, it is possible to navigate through life’s challenges. A safe space to share and process your thoughts is vital to healing. I have over 17+ years of providing person-centered, strength-based care to individuals in need of mental health treatment. My area of expertise include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, family relations, trauma, and crisis management. I provide individual counseling to school-age children, adolescents, and adults.
I use a collaborative approach to address clients’ needs and develop an individualized treatment plan based on those needs. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. Treatment modalities I use include: trauma informed care, person-centered therapy, traditional talk therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Your initial visit will include a free consultation. Your next visit will be an intake which will include a comprehensive and confidential assessment. Evening and weekend hours are available. My goal is to help you identify your strengths in the face of suffering, enhance your well-being, and for you to live and not just exist.
