HBH is a small practice where most of our clinicians work part time. Our Licensed Counselors and Social Workers work in hospitals and schools throughout most of their days and choose to work here because of their love of helping others in a different setting. We do not have the means to employ office and administrative staff every day. We want to help as many people as we can which is why we try to never have a waiting list. In order to do this we try to run groups with 3 to 4 people on a weekly basis. We also offer individual sessions but encourage people to work within our groups to m
At this point we are offerring limited groups. Please email with any inquiries. We usually start these 8 week programs at the beginning of the month. We are starting parenting groups in the spring.
Our practice has a variety of professionals who specialize in drug and alcohol abuse and addictions, family and couples therapy, and a variety of other individual counseling needs. We have social workers and counselors ready to help you through whatever your challenges may be.

This is a group designed to help young adults find some direction in their life. The age ranges from 17-35 year olds. The group uses a variety of tools and inventories to help direct individuals to a successful future. The group also helps identify barriers in peoples lives keeping them from moving on to the future stages in their careers or relationships.
