With individuals, I integrate a variety of modalities to meet the needs of each client. With couples, I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy, a method validated by 20 years of empirical research. While I have specialties in grief and postpartum mental health, I enjoy working with depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
