Using a variety of humanistic, interpersonal, and behavioral techniques I aim to meet the specific needs of each client so they can discover themselves in new ways.
I work with all ages dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, and overall life transitions. Together we discover both conscious and unconscious dynamics that may be inhibiting understanding, growth, and identity.
You cannot change what has happened to you in the past, however you can heal by understanding how your past has affected you today, and know that you are capable of challenging any defenses so you can live a more meaningful and peaceful life.
