I work best with those of you who are experiencing work-related stress and relationship issues, as a result of feeling down, swamped, stressed out, or too scattered. What you want to get from therapy is understanding and solid solutions for getting back to your "normal" self.

I can help you illuminate yourself by gently shining a light over all the different parts of you, and by understanding what events and experiences of your past affect your current life. I will connect with you on your terms, and at your pace. If you have trouble opening up to others/being vulnerable, we can work on this together so you can flourish.
