I strongly believe in the power of compassion and human connection. I have a special interest in treating those suffering from trauma, and struggling with issues of self- esteem, body image, depression, and anxiety. While I utilize a combination of psychodynamic modalities and CBT, my treatment is tailored to each individual person. I believe in the collaborative relationship between client and therapist. It is my goal to provide a safe, non judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, fears, and beliefs.
I am a certified cognitive therapist with a special interest in exploring your earliest experiences with your caregivers, I seek to work with you to understand how these experiences impact your current internal world; and to help interrupt transgenerational trauma. Depending on your needs, I utilize the EMDR approach to facilitate healing from trauma.

Clinicians offer weekend and evening appointments and are able to provide super bills if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan. Our group practice also offers Reiki Energy Healing which is available by appointment only.
