I provide a safe and comfortable environment so you can start your healing and feel better. I have seen clients improve with the right guidance, motivation, and applying more effective coping strategies. I am bilingual, English and Spanish speaking, and accept mostly PPO insurances. I offer free phone consultations.
I have worked with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I have also worked as a school counselor. I also offer art and play therapy for children and adolescents. Play therapy allows children and adolescents to process their emotions. I use a combination of different therapeutic modalities tailored to each clients unique needs.
Through empathy and with a non-judgmental approach I will help you reach your desired goals. One of the reasons that most of my clients get better is because they feel welcomed due to my non-judgmental approach. I also joined this profession because I love helping people get better.
