I believe that all of us want to live meaningful lives, connected to loved ones and contributing to the world in some way. To do so, we must learn to fully accept ourselves, connect with others in healthy ways, and develop our unique gifts. My intention as a therapist is to create a warm and safe space for you to do the brave work of addressing past wounds, updating stories that keep you small, and helping you grow a sense of inner peace and outer resilience. As social animals, we humans often need trusted relational support to heal and evolve into our true potential. I am honored to be that person and create that space for you!

There are many obstacles that can interrupt or stunt our healthy personal development. These obstacles take many forms, including personal traumas, unresolved grief and loss, oppressive social conditioning and norms, outdated belief systems, unhealthy attachment patterns with our caregivers, addiction, and even the chronic daily stressors of modern life.

I believe that therapy can support personal development by offering intentional time and space to focus on the essential tasks of untangling unhealthy patterns of thought and behavior, clarifying core values and goals, and bringing love and understanding to the parts in hiding. Unfortunately, these old ways have been largely forgotten within our modern world. But the need and desire to come together to support one another in caring, curious, present, and loving ways remains. Across time and culture, the new moon has been honored as a time of new cycles and beginnings. Because of this, it has been recognized as a powerful time to plant new seeds of intention. These intentions can help us create healthier patterns of thought, action, and habit. In this group, self-identified women come together in sacred witnessing and mutual support aligned with the cycles of the moon to help catalyze the intentions that are calling each of us forward.
