I am a Somatic Coach who specializes in somatic coaching with neuroscience that understands how the triune nature of the brain explains human behavior in ways that empower us. I graduated in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and I got a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University. Currently, I am a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Meridian University. I will teach you how to train your brain to break up and upgrade toxic habits and live a happier and healthier life.
