I help clients find a fuller, more alive life, in partnership with the people and family, chosen or from birth, around them.
My specialty is Mindfulness Therapy and Emotionally-focused Therapy, which draws from Attachment and Family Systems. My approach is intuitive, connecting and respectful of cultural, cognitive and communication differences. I also draw from the embodied practices of meditation, tantra and yoga.
I see many clients who are new to therapy and want to try out the process. Or clients who have struggled with therapy in the past and want a more warm, personal experience.
