I help adults of all ages who suffer from anxiety by teaching them skills to manage and overcome their symptoms. I help couples heal from infidelity by teaching relationship skills such as communication, empathy and acceptance. I help couples experience greater relationship satisfaction by teaching them ways to reconnect and create loving rituals.
