I am a certified sex and dating coach who helps individuals and couples of all kinds overcome sexual concerns like mismatched desire, low desire and sexual communication difficulties. My clients see an increase in the quality of their sexual interactions with partners and more confidence to ask for what they need after working with me. I also provide individual dating coaching to help people find the right partners and navigate the tricky waters of online dating. I identify as a feminist and work with all genders, orientations and relationship structures.
My focus as a sex coach is on the sexual aspects of your relationships. I am not a licensed therapist and do not diagnose or treat mental health issues. Sex coaching is a way to deeply explore your sexual value system and gain clarity about what you want. We use goal-setting and assignments to move you from a state of sexual distress to sexual empowerment.
My clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, but they all want to make sex and their relationships a priority in their lives. Sex and dating are often topics that go unexplored or are difficult to talk about because we just weren't taught to do so early in life. As a sex and dating coach, it’s my job to help!
