My work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is devoted to helping individuals and families have a more fulfilling life by growing from their struggles and healing from their pain. My clients struggle with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, family issues, parenting problems, trauma, mood issues, ADHD, behavioral issues, and anger issues. Whether they are working towards enlightenment and insight or symptom-relief and improved function, my hope is that together we can work to achieve their goals. I promise to be there every step of the journey.
I specialize in a variety of therapy styles and techniques. Some of these include cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. I will cater my therapy style to accommodate my clients' needs. I'm certified in telemental health and offer all services completely online.
