I primarily work with adult women with anxiety, looking to improve self-esteem, facing a difficult life transitions, relationship struggles, and prior trauma. My clientele also includes teens and college students from nearby schools.
Together we will explore your unhelpful thinking patterns of thinking, process how past experiences impact you currently, and develop positive coping and problem solving strategies to help you manage life stressors. I often use analogies, humor, and stories to help my clients look at their challenges from a new perspective.
