Hello! (Unfortunately I currently have a waitlist for new clients; feel free to reach out to discuss future availability.) I specialize in working with adults and couples who are experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, grief, disconnection, and depression. My goals are to create a space where you can feel a renewed sense of balance and to give you specific tools and strategies that promote wellness. For couples, I prioritize connection and communication.
I am a Gottman Level 2 trained couples therapist and a Gottman Educator. I offer workshops throughout Texas for the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and The Bringing Baby Home Gottman Programs. I am currently offering virtual, personalized short-term couples coaching sessions and one-day workshops based on these Gottman Programs.

The goal of this workshop is to help couples strengthen communication tools, practice conflict resolution skills, and build a stronger relationship based on respect and affection. This is a great workshop for committed couples in all stages of their relationship, but this workshop may be especially helpful for couples who have been wanting to learn tools for connection; not for those who are experiencing high conflict or infidelity.
