I specialize in helping those who are looking for a better quality of life. I'm an experienced therapist who has helped many individuals discover what has been missing from their lives by tackling fears and worry thoughts that have created stagnancy and the feeling of "being stuck." I have my BA from the University of Texas of Austin in 2005 and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Saint Edward's University in 2009.

I'm experienced in therapies that address anxiety, interpersonal issues, self esteem, depression and developing a strong sense of self along with the motivation to change. I use a person-centered approach as well as metaphor and humor in session to create an accepting atmosphere. I also specialize in attachment work, specifically using a IPNB approach
