My goal as a therapist is to help people overcome adversity, depression and anxiety so that they can live life more fully in the present. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to address important and difficult issues, while working collaboratively with clients.

My treatment approach is person centered and strengths based. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy, and mindfulness based practices. I have extensive experience and advanced training in trauma spectrum disorders, depression, anxiety, and the long term effects of adverse childhood experiences.
I am a board approved supervisor for Social Workers in the state of Texas. I am certified in EMDR by the EMDR International Association and concurrently a Certified EMDR Consultant.
