Because how we are raised creates patterns that we carry into our adult decisions, my focus is on the roots of a person's history. When we understand our past - what made us who we are - we gain the personal power to make the best of our present and future.
I help people to heal from variety of traumas. I also enjoy supporting LGBTQAI+ folks with a spectrum of concerns, and working with Highly Sensitive People, those 20% of the population whose nervous systems are wired to be more conscious of stimuli and who tend to process more deeply.
