Befriend Yourself: An online self-compassion group
10 week-long virtual group for adults with anxiety disorders/OCD who: -struggle with self-judgment and shame related to anxiety and OCD -want to improve their relationship with themselves -are open to meditation and mindfulness practices -are open to learning new self-compassion skills or practicing ones they’ve already learned. The fee is $65/week. We will meet virtually on Wednesdays from 12pm-1:15pm, September 6-November 8. Half of the payment will be collected by September 6th and the other half on October 11th.
