I have over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy helping people find their strengths and utilize them to heal themselves and achieve their goals. I believe that everyone can make changes that will impact their lives in a positive and meaningful way. My focus at this time is on adults and I often work with people experiencing anxiety and/or depression.
My work experience has also involved helping people with chronic medical conditions find ways to overcome the barriers that keep them from appropriately managing their health . One of my greatest joys is seeing people find their way to where they want to be.
I work hard to provide a safe, nurturing environment in which people can come to discover their own path to making changes that can enhance their lives and restore relationships.
